The provisions of the Nordic Freight Forwarders’ Association’s General Regulations (NSAB2015) regulate all transports by Align Cargo, limiting liability for compensation for damaged or lost goods.
If any damage or loss occurs during transport, the claim is reported to the transport insurance company, which will proceed to file the compensation claim against Align Cargo.
